Festival bar partner: Derventio Wines / Tate Smith We are a family run drinks wholesaler based in Malton, North Yorkshire and have been going since 1888. As with many other businesses, we have had to find new ways to adapt to the current situation and, as with the festival, we have been moving things online Our latest venture has been to launch our Postable Pub, a number of drinks rounds that can be posted around the country to anyone you are missing. We have adapted this idea to provide a festival bar and hope you find something that takes your fancy. We have chosen to showcase some of our favourite local products and have sourced plastic-free snacks (including compostable crisp packets) and recyclable postal packaging, to make these packages both unique and sustainable. Festival partner: Delilah Fine Foods A traditional delicatessen, Delilah is located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre and is a building packed floor to ceiling with exceptional foods and drinks: freshly baked breads; self-serve oils; over 150 cheeses, plus meat and charcuterie from around the world; 200 plus wines; honey, chutneys, jams and condiments; many wine made right here in the East Midlands. Delilah echoes the shopping experience of a past era when food was real and fresh, and produced in local areas by local people; not manufactured, mass produced and filled with additives & preservatives. Our products, sourced from small artisan producers both locally and further afield, reflect our commitment to providing authentic, flavoursome produce to excite and inspire the palate. All our products have provenance: a ‘home’ and a story of quality and origin to tell.
